I stayed here on my Visit to Banaras. The rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful and the atmosphere was great. No complaints. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Lack of professionalism.I haven't stayed here.I enquired about booking first they said the rooms are available. The rates seem genuine. Due to UPI limit crossed I was not able to make payment. I asked them about Bank details to transfer funds but then they said all rooms sold out. By saying that rooms allotted to Online bookings while they don't have online booking on an th of the travel site.Seems like They can even cancel booked rooms.Can't comment about rooms and service as I haven't stayed there.
I am giving them 5 * , though we didn't stay there, our trip has cancelled before 2days of our trip due to train cancel . But they returned 100% amount to us without asking a question, this is there professionalism. Hope we will make this trail again and will stay there for sure.
I recently stayed in this hotel and have to really mention that the entire staff is always ready to help. Even though im from South India, never felt anything different than staying back home. Vishnu the staff is exceptional and is polite, very customer friendly. Must recommend this hotel. Even though I stayed in another Hotel which was expensive and bigger, nothing can beat Artika Inn and their staff.
